Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of arrival.
